1. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our children’s activities, projects, and programming packages. By accessing this website and participating in our activities, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or participate in our activities.

 2. Membership

2.1. Membership to the Earthlab Activity Club is available to children above 8 years old whereas the Earthlab Activities are available for anyone above the age of 7 years old wanting to learn including but not limited to their guardians or schools or educational institutions.

2.2. Membership to the club is offered in the form of projects, and programming packages, with varying durations such as seasonal, monthly, or club-wise segregation.

2.3. Each activity or package includes access to corresponding workshops, facilities, and tools as outlined in the program benefits. 

3. Participation

3.1. Members must adhere to the rules and guidelines provided by Earthlab Club during their participation in activities and workshops.

3.2. Members are expected to behave responsibly, show respect for others, promote equality, and maintain a safe environment within the club space.

3.3. Discrimination, bullying, harassment, or any other behavior deemed inappropriate will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of membership. 

4. Safety

4.1. Earthlab Club prioritizes the safety and well-being of its members. All activities and workshops are conducted with safety measures in place.

4.2. Members are required to follow safety instructions provided by Earthlab Club staff during activities and workshops.

4.3. Any safety concerns should be reported immediately to Earthlab Club staff for prompt resolution. 

5. Breakages

5.1. Members are responsible for any damage or breakages caused to club facilities, equipment, or property due to negligence or misuse.

5.2. Charges for repair or replacement of damaged items may apply and will be billed to the attendee/member/guardian responsible. 

6. Fees and Refunds

6.1. Fees for activities, projects, and programming packages are clearly outlined at the time of registration.

6.2. Refunds may be granted under certain circumstances, such as cancellation of activities by Earthlab Club or upon request at least 5 days before the scheduled event/workshop.

6.3. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the refund request.

6.4. The refund will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 working days after processing.

6.5. Refunds may be subject to administrative fees.

6.6. Tickets to events once purchased cannot be refunded.

 7. Image Usage

7.1. Earthlab Club reserves the right to use images and videos captured during events, workshops, and projects for promotional purposes on social media platforms including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn Vimeo, etc.

7.2. By participating in Earthlab Club activities, members consent to the use of their images and likenesses for promotional purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8.1. The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

8.2. Neither Earthlab Club nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose.

11.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed per the laws of Uttarakhand. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttarakhand.
