Welcome to the Young Creators Summer Program!

Are you ready for a summer filled with exploration, creativity, and endless possibilities? Look no further than the Young Creators Summer Program at EarthLab Club, where young minds come alive with curiosity and imagination.

 

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

At the Young Creators Summer Program, we believe in hands-on learning, expert guidance, and tailored experiences for children aged 8 to 16. Our Program offers a dynamic blend of workshops, activities, and projects designed to foster connections, creativity, and communication, and most importantly ignite curiosity.

 

THEMES:

The Art and Science of Light & Sound: Explore the fascinating world of light waves & sound waves through engaging workshops and activities that explore principles and applications across various fields.

Exploring & Chronicling Dehradun: Immerse yourself in the culture, history, and natural beauty of Dehradun through exciting explorations and storytelling projects.

Nurture With Nature: Connect with the environment and explore the wonders of nature through immersive experiences, including nature-themed drama workshops centred around the beauty and importance of the natural world.

CLUBS & ACTIVITIES:

Choose from a wide range of clubs and activities tailored to your child’s interests:

Science Exploration: Dive into hands-on experiments and experiences in light and sound as they learn about Waves.

Nature Adventures: Explore natural wonders with exclusive experiences and observations at FRI/ WII Trail/ Assan Barrage/ and Rajaji Reserve.

Creative Photography: Learn the art of photography through workshops on camera obscura, cyanotype, smartphone photography, and exercises spread across Dehradun.

Design Workshops: Get creative with material design, idea generation, publications and bionic masks workshop.

Media Production: Create your podcast with our media project, ‘Tales of Dehradun’, covering writing, recording, editing, and publishing.

Literary Exploration: Engage in Hindi and English literature workshops, including poetry writing, literary analysis, and critical thinking.

Creative Dramatics Project: Participate in workshops leading up to play production and explore the world of theatre and performance.

Musical Learning: Develop musical skills in songwriting, guitar/vocals, DJing, and sound production.

Our workshops are led by seasoned professionals who bring years of experience and passion to their respective fields. From photography to science, our experts are at the forefront of their industries, providing invaluable insights to young creators.

CERTIFICATES & GIVEAWAYS:

Certificates: Recognizing the achievements and dedication, participants will receive certificates of completion from experts and the EarthLab Club.

Giveaways: In addition to certificates, children will also receive exciting giveaways such as magazines, books, newspapers and other reading materials, to further enrich their learning experience.

ABOUT THE DURATION:

Program Dates: The Young Creators Summer Program will run from May 26th to June 15th. Regular activities will be off during the summer camp, which runs from May 31st to June 2nd, resuming on the evening of June 3rd. The day is spread out between three sessions: morning, afternoon and evening and starts from 9: 30 am to 5:30 pm.

The club is open between 9: 30 am to 2: 00 pm and 3: 00 pm to 7: 30 pm.
