EARTHLAB LITERATURE CLUB SUMMER PROGRAM

Embark on an exciting literary journey designed especially for young readers aged 9 to 16 years old. Our workshop series offers a dynamic exploration of both English and Hindi literature, providing participants with a platform to delve into the enchanting world of storytelling. Led by experienced facilitators, each workshop is tailored to engage young minds, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of literary works in English and Hindi.

Workshop 1: Exploring Literature

Workshop 2: Poetry Exploration
Explore the beauty and intricacy of poetry in this workshop. Participants will be introduced to different forms of poetry, learn to analyze poetic devices, and engage in practical exercises to express themselves through verse.

Workshop 3: Prose Fiction Understanding
Delve into the world of prose fiction as participants explore different types of prose, understand the elements that make up prose fiction, and analyze various works of fiction to uncover the nuances of storytelling.

Workshop 4: Drama Investigation
Discover the art of drama in this workshop. Participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of drama, analyze plays to understand the techniques used in dramatic storytelling, and have the opportunity to perform and interpret scenes.

Workshop 5: Poetry Writing Workshop: Dreaming in Language
Unleash your creativity in this poetry writing workshop. Participants will explore different forms and styles of poetry, learn techniques to express emotions and ideas through language, engage in interactive exercises and writing prompts, and share and receive feedback on their poetry in a supportive environment.
