Mohd Hammad Farooqui

With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, MH Farooqui (MHF) has made significant contributions to theater, education, and literature. His accolades as Best Director in Uttar Pradesh and Best Hindi Teacher awarded by the Uttarakhand Government underscore his profound impact in these fields. Currently, MHF is actively involved in shaping young minds as he builds a Theatre Club for TonsBridge and imparts Critical Thinking and Analysis skills at The Doon School. Beyond the classroom, MHF's influence extends to curating panels at Literary Festivals and shaping academic frameworks at The Doon School, where his leadership at the Creative Writing & Research Centre nurtured talents across various disciplines. Moreover, his consultancy work for theater initiatives at Aditya Birla Group schools reflects his commitment to using theater as a tool for positive change. MHF's holistic approach to education and community development through theater continues to inspire and uplift.

Mrinal Bahukhandi

Mrinal is a versatile artist deeply immersed in the world of lens-based creativity. Specializing in experimental storytelling and the use of 19th and early 20th-century photographic processes, he seamlessly blends traditional techniques with modern innovation. With roots in Dehradun, and moving between Mumbai and Goa, Mrinal brings a unique perspective to his work, whether crafting captivating films, penning thought-provoking narratives, or creating mesmerizing handmade photographs. Mrinal extends his experience and shares his knowledge through organized workshops and his creative space, Atelier Monad, a platform for artistic expression and exploration.Atelier Monad is a creative space in Goa, India, founded by Mrinal Bahukhandi. It serves as a hub for artistic expression particularly centred around vintage analogue photographic and filmmaking practices.

Siddharth Trivedi

Siddharth is more than an avid astronomer; he's a passionate science communicator and popularizer dedicated to making the wonders of the cosmos accessible to all. As the Director of Equinox Planetariums, known as 'The AstronomyPeople,' Siddharth introduced India's very first portable planetarium system, revolutionizing the way astronomy is taught and experienced across the country. Since its inception in April 2003, Equinox has conducted outreach programs reaching over 2000 schools across 16 states of India and Singapore. Equinox's groundbreaking work extends beyond presentations to curriculum development, with Siddharth leading the charge in designing astronomy curricula for grades K to 12. Siddharth's commitment to inclusive education earned Equinox a special invitation to conduct planetarium shows at Rashtrapati Bhavan for differently-abled children, endorsed by for President of India and Shri Bharat Ratna Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.

BHARAT AKA BAKFLASH

Meet Bharat, also known as BakFlash, a luminary in Dehradun's vibrant electro music scene for over a decade. From his roots as a DJ to his pivotal role in shaping the city's nightlife, BakFlash's influence spans festivals nationwide, where his dynamic sets and genre-defying sound have captivated audiences. Achieving a milestone in 2023 by becoming the first artist from his city to surpass 280K plays on SoundCloud, BakFlash continues to push boundaries with acclaimed releases like "Spaced Out" and EPs such as "Citizens of Techno," earning global acclaim. Seamlessly integrating live instrumentation into his sets, BakFlash crafts immersive experiences that transcend traditional DJ performances, ensuring each beat resonates with electrifying energy on the dance floor.

Sarthak Uniyal

Sarthak Uniyal, the melodious maestro from Dehradun's tranquil valleys, crafts soulful tunes inspired by nature's symphony. Lead guitarist for @Rivermind and frontman of Jing Jong, Sarthak infuses his performances with a raw, unbridled energy that captivates audiences. As a self-taught Singer-Songwriter/Guitarist, Sarthak's musical journey reflects his deep connection to his roots and a relentless pursuit of artistic expression. Beyond the stage, he nurtures young talents, sharing his expertise in Western Vocals Discovery Masterclasses. From unraveling the musical alphabet to exploring dynamics and tempo, Sarthak's workshops blend learning with laughter, fostering a love for music in budding enthusiasts.

Richa Ghansiyal

Richa Ghansiyal, a partner at Alaya Design Studio since early 2008, brings a wealth of expertise in rural development and industrial design to her role. Holding a Master's degree in Rural Development from the University of Sussex and a specialization in Furniture Design from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, she seamlessly integrates academic knowledge with practical experience to drive impactful change. With a diverse background spanning non-formal education, sustainable livelihoods, and development finance, Richa has been instrumental in crafting and implementing community-based initiatives across India. Her commitment to fostering sustainable development is further exemplified through her involvement as a visiting faculty member at prestigious institutions such as the School of Architecture, DIT Dehradun, Doon University, and the School of Design at UPES.

Prashant Nawani is a vibrant presence in Dehradun's creative scene, seamlessly blending literature and music. With his upcoming debut novel delving into philosophical fiction, Prashant showcases his intellectual depth honed through academic pursuits in German literature and philosophy. As the lyricist and vocalist for 'Rivermind' and the creative mind behind 'She Makes Perfumes,' he navigates diverse musical landscapes with ease. Beyond music, Prashant's repertoire includes a classical fusion guitar solo act and a striking collection of abstract nature photographs. Join him on an enriching journey where literature meets melody, promising an exploration of artistic fusion and expression.

A NIFT graduate, she has over 11 years of experience working with brands like Myntra, Culture Machine, and VICE Media, where she has conceptualised and created IPs in music, culture, and lifestyle. She has collaborated with international brands such as Vice News, Budweiser, Adidas, and Johnny Walker which showcase her global design appeal and innovative approach to design communication.

He has worked extensively in digital publishing, communication, and content innovation, and has led creative campaigns and projects that bridge culture, community, and education.

Ansh Kumar

Ansh Kumar is an award-winning contemporary artist, educator, and creative force who blends space, media, and emerging technologies like augmented reality to craft immersive, thought-provoking experiences. As a creative technologist and experiential designer, his work sits at the crossroads of art, technology, and social connection. He is also the co-founder of Tiny Farm Lab in Rishikesh, a hand-sculpted mud house created with the help of 100 volunteers from over 18 countries, that looks straight out of a fairytale. Ansh has showcased his work at Miami Art Basel, Ars Electronica, and the India Art Fair, and has collaborated with leading global platforms like Adobe, Meta, and Snapchat.

Ayaz Hakim

Ayaz Hakim is a seasoned naturalist and wildlife educator, known for his deep-rooted knowledge of Indian ecosystems and his ability to make the natural world come alive for young learners. As Head Naturalist with Big Shot Adventures, he has led countless expeditions across India’s most biodiverse regions, inspiring children and adults alike to observe, respect, and reconnect with nature. His approach blends scientific insight with storytelling, making every trail a journey of discovery.

Sai Krishna Mulpuru

Sai K. Mulpuru is a multidisciplinary innovator, educator, and designer with a rich background in interaction design, user experience design (UED), IoT, robotics, augmented reality, application development, and educational consulting. He has facilitated several workshops at top colleges and art fairs. During his time with Serendipity Arts Festival in Goa, Sai was part of the project titled Think Tank, which featured brain-controlled rain installations. He is dedicated to making STEM engaging, humane, and deeply impactful. He is currently teaching innovative design at UPES and has previously taught at institutions like Srishti Design School and Ashoka University.
